Please add GMT/UTC time zone

In the System Setting, it only allows GMT-3 through GMT-10 for Time Zone. It should also allow GMT which makes it easier to when dealing with multiple TED systems in different time zones and avoids DST issues. Please make this simple code change. Thanks.

Good luck with this, I have asked for this change for two years with zero response.
My time zone is GMT +10 so I set for Hawaii which is 4 hours ahead and a day behind.
So my recording day starts at 8PM instead of midnight.
