National Electrical Code and TED
« on: March 12, 2013, 08:13:38 PM »
I'm curious to hear if anyone is coming across any interesting National Electrical Code (NEC) implications with installing the TED commercially.  Has an install ever been challenged by an inspector or local authority having jurisdiction?

Here are some interesting implications I can think of:
-Spacial considerations... it seems folks in the forum struggle with installing the CT clamps due to spacial constraints, and it seems some of the NEC junction box / service panel sizing rules would come into play here.
-Labeling
-Paralleling the TED with other circuits

Thanks!

Steve
