Time settings?

My TED, when it decides to talk to my browser, seems to live in it's own time zone. If I set the time manually, the time wanders from real time, and if I select the Time Server it seems not to update the time.
 The data's much less useful with out real timestamps.
Anything I can do?

Gateway Version 1.0.406 Daughterboard Version 1.0.48 Footprints Version 1.0.223 MTU Version 1.0.57
The battery in the Gateway is showing 3V.

What do you mean exactly? Set the time manually and then unplug your gateway for about 10-15 minutes. Does it hold the correct time when plugged back in?
