Aggregate down?

I ended up doing a reset of my TED Pro Home as part of a firmware update and lost my aggregate setup.

I tried to connect to Aggredata and get a unable to connect error.  Is this service down? Has it been down? Is it coming back up?

Was down for me one day, seems to be running now, although poorly.
