For the most rapid response, you need to raise a ticket from the support tab on the main site. Someone from TED does lurk here, but there seem to be (at least) days when they do not come by and/or respond. Tickets are typically responded to within a working day or (occasionally) two. Unfortunately, that does probably mean Monday, at the earliest, now.
