Issues calling the History API

I am calling it like this:
http://myurl/history/minutehistory.xml?MTU=0&COUNT=2344&INDEX=2344
But I am getting data with one or more holes in it (not stepping by one minute).

anyone else seeing this?

Here are my TED Versions (I updated the other day):
Gateway Version 1.0.499
Daughterboard Version 1.0.115
Footprints Version 1.0.281
MTU Version 1.0.61
