I don't have anything set up in Advisor, but there certainly are a lot of gaps in the saved data over the last couple days.

Yes,  I have been getting them the last few days.   I was just going to post something but glad someone else was having the same issues.  I assume they are having server issues . Hopefully one of the mods will post  whats going on.

Anybody else getting "Not Posting Alert" warnings from TED Commander Advisor?

Local live view looks fine, and I see the TCP/80 network traffic from my Ted Pro Home to "commander.theenergydetective.com", and also the statistics (stats.htm) shows an incrementing count of successful uploads (result code 200).

ECC Version 1.0.676
Footprints Version 1.0.675


Where should I look next to resolve this?

FWIW, I wouldn't recommend powering the TED MTU box(es) (which is presumably what you are talking about) from a breaker which is also powering something that has powerful motors, like an HVAC system. I would judge the risk of interfering with power line communications to be quite high under those circumstances. It apparently was working for you, but your luck might not continue. Ideally, I would (and do) put the MTU(s) on their own breaker; otherwise I would recommend putting them on a little-used/low draw circuit, if you have one, and/or the one that powers your Gateway.

Is this discounted upgrade option going to be available indefinitely? I also want a 'per circuit' monitoring which TED 5000 doesn't have by the looks of it. I just won't be able to switch until early next year so I'm wondering if the discount will still be there.

Quick update - support was great and got me working again right away.

I turned our air conditioning breaker off last week as we're in Buffalo NY and it turns out my electrician tied into that breaker to power the TED.  In my defense, I am Polish.

Flipped breaker back on and I'm in business.  Thanks TED!!

After years of mostly trouble-free service, my TED 5000's consumption number has suddenly started exactly mirroring generation (Solar) number. ie at noon I see 8kW generation and consumption, and now at 9pm I see 0kW generation & consumption. Footprints shows the exact same number, always the generation number, for both MTUs.

The Solar generation number is correct - any idea why or how my consumption suddenly stopped reporting correctly?

Unfortunately the 2 CT's show a combined total so the only way to do it with a TED5000 is to use both CT's on the same lead or adjust the multiplier and only use one CT but would still only allow for one monitoring point at a time.

The newer model TED Pro Home does offer the optional Spyder component that does allow you to break down and monitor on a per circuit bases so that may be more of what your looking for. http://www.theenergydetective.com/spyder

I have a TED 5000 sitting in storage since I moved a while back, and I have an application where I need to see a separate reading from each of the two current clamps. I can't remember whether the TED 5000 shows this data anywhere and was wondering if any of you know so I can save the trouble of installing it in case it can't.
